Josh turns 8

Josh turns 8 today! It is definately a special birthday. Josh is one of those kids you wonder, "Where did he get all of that energy?" and "How do I get some of it too?" He is the pot stirrer in our house. He could possibly be the best button pusher in our house! We joke that he is our health nut and is trying to set an example for the rest of us. He is always checking to see if this is a healthy choice. He is the first one to sleep and first one awake, loves all fruits and vegetables, and is constantly making sure we can still see his ribs! Loves salad with ranch, carrots and hummus, potstickers and sushi, cheerios and milk! I hear he is the best in his class at soccer and is always the first pick at recess for teams. He is crazy on the trampoline and has been begging for a long board to ride. He is super excited about scouts and being baptized. He is also one of the most lovable kids ever. He is always making sure someone has a friend to be with.  He is genuinely nice and caring. He is the biggest hug-a-bug, and loves getting cozy on the couch! We love you Josh and wouldn't change a thing about you!  

Highlights from Josh's birthday:

*A room filled with helium balloons when he woke up.

*Breakfast in bed with love notes.

*Since the easter party at school was the same day, We took helium balloons over to his classmates and had them tie birthday wishes to josh on them. Then, after singing their VERY loudest version of Happy Birthday (to get the attention of the birthday workers, who hang out in the clouds and make sure everything is perfect on your birthday), we sent the balloons up to them to see if they could grant any of the wishes his friends had thought of. Should be an awesome birthday if they come true!
