Dancing Queen

This girl was meant to dance! She loves being in a leotard. Are we surprised? She has been living in a swimsuit the last five months! We have to peel her dance clothes off to put her in jammies, then first thing in the morning she is back in her dance clothes. Her teacher is Mrs. Stephanie. She is a loud, wonderful lady with loads of patience and knack with kids. As soon as we walked into the studio Emily was in heaven. She immediately took off her shoes and went running around in circles squeeling and giggling with the other four girls in her class. When I came back to pick her up, Stephanie showed all of the moms what they had learned that day in class. So, the music starts and instantly Emily's arms are out straight and up come those knees and around and around they start skipping. Emily has the biggest smile on her face and just as proud as can be. She is by far the fastest and cutest dancer out there-and she knows it. Mrs. Stephanie quickly reminds the girls, "Keep your eyes open!" and "Watch where your dancing!" and I think Emily is thinking the same. Yes girls, Keep your eyes open-on me and Watch where your going-this is my stage!
